Dear Community,
By the end of 2024, we will be gradually phasing out the old TV packages blue Movie, blue Serie and blue Family. Anybody with one or more of these TV packages will switch automatically to blue SuperMax and/or blue Premium DE. The stored content will remain and only the channels Pro7Fun and Spiegel Geschichte will be removed. blue SuperMax also includes access to the Disney+ and Paramount+ streaming services as well as additional top series and films.
We will e-mail all affected customers to let them know which package they will be moving to and what it will mean for them. The prices will depend on the individual packages – some customers will pay less in the future and others more. For anyone paying more than CHF 10.–/mo. after the switch, the cost of the new TV packages will be credited to their account for the first 3 months to allow them to try out the new products at no extra cost.
The TV packages blue Doku and blue Sport will remain unchanged.
