We have updated the Bluewin E-Mail subscriptions and modernised Bluewin Webmail.
3 e-mail subscriptions instead of 4
- Bluewin E-Mail light – no changes
- Bluewin E-Mail basic – now CHF 2.90/mo.
- Bluewin E-Mail pro – to become Bluewin E-Mail basic
- Bluewin E-Mail advanced – no changes
A charge will now apply for the basic subscription. Customers will enjoy more storage, ad-free webmail in a fresh new look and the new Exchange feature for the straightforward synchronisation of e-mails, calendar, contacts and tasks on smartphones. Discover subscriptions
For existing e-mail customers
All existing subscriptions will automatically change to the new subscriptions in the next few months. After the move, customers with an existing basic or pro account will receive the new Bluewin E-Mail basic for free for the first three months, giving them plenty of time to try out the new features, such as Exchange and ad-free Webmail. If you were previously using Bluewin E-Mail basic and are using just one e-mail address and less than 90% of the 1 GB of storage at the time of the migration, you will automatically switch to the free subscription Bluewin E-Mail light at the end of the 3 months.
At the time of your subscription changeover, you will also have access to the new Webmail.
For new Bluewin E-Mail customers, the updated Webmail and new e-mail subscriptions are available now. The old e-mail subscriptions are no longer offered.
Amend your subscription at any time
You can switch to a different Bluewin E-Mail subscription at any time. Upgrade your subscription to Bluewin E-Mail basic or advanced and enjoy more storage, straightforward synchronisation of your account with your mobile phone and ad-free Webmail. If you switch to the free Bluewin E-Mail light, you will first need to specify in My Swisscom which e-mail address you want to keep (your primary e-mail account). Ensure that you free up storage space or save your e-mails beforehand.
