mobile voice package , how long time from purchase and activation on the mobile number ?

Hi,

do you know how many hrs are needed to get the mobile number enabled to make and receive calls included in the voice package added ?

It's available immediately. You can check the current packages activated on your line in real time in the Swisscom cockpit.

Thanks for the answer, I was aware about the cockpit and I was already monitoring the page, but actually the phone was able to make calls with such package only after some hours . Then enabling can takes some hours, even if you try to switch off and restart the phone , nothing changes and Swisscom doesn't send a text to notify that package has been activated , simply you try after some time to verify . This  is a gap that should be improved in my opinion.
