Changing the plan of Blue Mobile L to M

Dear 

 

I subscribed Blue Mobile L plan in early December 2022.

I was told by the Swisscom person that I try to use Blue Mobile L because it can be changed to other plans, such as Blue Mobile M, within 3 months after the subscription.

Assuming my usage of mobile phone, Blue Mobile M is enough, rather than L.

Could you let me know how to change my plan ?

@Riettaunni32 Hello you can do this by yourself in MySwisscom under "Your Products" and "Mobile" there you can adjust product. Or you call the Hotline 0800 800800 or you go to the next Swisscom Shop, if it is not too far, or you contact Swisscom via:

So you see there are different possibilities 😀.
