We now have the Apple 4K Box which uses the Swisscom App and remote delivered with it. Does anyone else have problems with the Swisscom app using the remote? I.E. the Swisscom app crashes, the functions freeze despite the box light registering an interaction with remote, the box has to be rebooted after removing the the electrical plug for 10 seconds as there is not reset hole and paper clip solution as in the old days. Etc.
