MyCloud Desktop App

Hello All,  I've had a cycloid account for some time now and use it regularly with my iPhone and iPad without any problems. However, I'm having a problem with the desktop app on my iMac (Monterey 12.6.7). I can see the app loading by the icon in the top menu list, however that disappears after about 20 seconds and it is obvious that it has not synchronised the mycloud folder on the SSD. I've tried deleting and reinstalling without success. It is properly listed in the System > User> Login Items.  Any ideas would be appreciated!

Me again 😉     I found the problem. The un-installer application left some remnants in the User Application folder and once I deleted those the problem was fixed by a fresh new installation. All's well that ends well. Thanks anyhow!
