Hello, My 5 G Booster is not working and the light flashes green all the time.  I have unplugged it many times and tested all the cables.  I cannot find any troublehsooting advice in the documentation for this problem.  I wonder if the booster is broken.  Any advice on how to fix it would be welcome.

-  I wonder if the booster is broken

it is possible, but before changing it, check the settings with the instructions on the help pages

I have the same issue. It had been working fine for 3-4 months, but then suddenly the booster became non-functional. The light always flashes green, and the Internet Box displays an error for the booster connection.

How can I check the booster’s health? Is there any way to receive help?

Hi @Heffieldaud69

If the LED is blinking green, the booster is booting up. If it never stops blinking, there might be an issue with the cabling or the booster itself.

I think it would be best to contact swisscom directly here.

Best,
